Terms of Use

Effective 21 September 2026 (supersedes the 5 September 2026 terms).

By playing AlienGarb — in a web browser at aliengarb.com or by installing the mobile app — you agree to these terms and, for the mobile app, to the applicable store terms (Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or Google Play's Terms of Service).

License

ExoArcade grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play AlienGarb on devices you own or control. The game, G.A.R.B., Scrapfall, the Scrapmaw and all art, code and text are our intellectual property.

Web edition

The web edition is currently free to play and requires no account or payment. Progress is saved in your browser; we cannot recover a save that your browser has deleted. We may change, suspend or discontinue the web edition, introduce optional paid content or accounts, or migrate saves to accounts in the future; we will say so on this site before any such change affects existing players.

Purchases (mobile)

The "Full Reclamation Clearance" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. It unlocks the full game on your store account and can be restored on other devices signed into the same store account. Refunds are governed by the store's policies. Credits earned in game have no monetary value and cannot be purchased.

Fair play & conduct

Do not cheat, tamper with the client, submit fabricated scores, or choose an offensive callsign. We may hide or remove leaderboard entries, reset callsigns, or suspend anonymous accounts that break these rules.

Beta software

Beta builds may contain bugs and may reset progress. Features described as "coming soon" or "pending authorization" are not promises of delivery dates.

Disclaimer

AlienGarb is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game.
